For decades, advocates of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) have made a compelling case for investing in young children. The evidence is overwhelming: quality early childhood services improve learning outcomes, strengthen health and wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and lay the foundation for thriving societies. Yet one challenge has remained persistent, how do we move beyond making the case for early childhood to ensuring governments are held accountable for delivering on children's rights?
